Fudgy, Chocolatey Brownies

This batch of brownies is fudgy, chocolatey, crumbly, and is such a simple recipe! For a special treat, top it off with vanilla ice cream `a la mode.

ready in: 1 hour


1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. baking powder


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease/flour an 11.5 inch circle pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract on low-speed. Slowly beat in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour and spread batter evenly into your pan.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer brownies to a cooling rack. Enjoy! 🙂
