Ready In: 1 hr. & 35 min.

Yield: 24 servings

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. almond milk

20-40 chocolate kisses, unwrapped

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small mixing bowl, sift the flour, sea salt, and baking soda. Whisk until combined and set to side.

In a separate large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until creamed. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well blended. Pour in the dry ingredient mixture and beat until combined. In a un-greased mini muffin pan, roll and place the 24 individual cookie dough balls that you have prepared.

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Once removed from oven, place the 20-40 chocolate kisses into the center of the cookies and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the muffin pan before transferring to a wire rack or plate to cool completely. Enjoy! Makena 🙂
